THE Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that 28 out of 87 or 32 percent of examinees passed the October 2023 Naval Architecture Licensure Exam.
Kent Arnold Java Alvarez from University of Cebu topped the exam with an 80.40 percent rating.
Meanwhile, none of the schools qualified in the top performing category.
The exams were held from October 4 to 6 at testing centers in the National Capital Region (NCR), Cebu and Davao.
PRC announced that the schedule of online appointments for the issuance of Professional ID and Certificate of Registration will be held on Nov. 3 and 6, 2023
