Kris Bernal addressed accusations that she's a copycat of Heart Evangelista.
On the latest episode of "Your Honor," Kris said she doesn't know where those allegations are coming from.
"Hindi ko alam bakit. Kasi kung feeling Heart Evangelista ako, edi sana mayroon din ako ng mga Bulgari niya, 'yung mga lahat ng alahas niya. O kaya mayroon akong mga kasing dami ng Birkin niya. Wala naman akong mga gano'n, Diyos ko," the Kapuso actress said.
"Ginagaya ba in a way? Kasi hindi ko naiintindihan 'yung ginagaya. Ako talaga sabihin ko, idol ko talaga si Heart," she added.
Kris also clarified that she never felt envious when Heart showcased her luxury items; instead, she felt inspired to work harder for herself.
"Na-inspire ako na parang, parang kailangan ko pa magtrabaho o parang gusto ko pa mag-open ng business para mabili ko yan. Yung gano'n. Pero okay lang din naman sa akin na hindi. Parang masaya naman ako na ito lang mayroon," she said.
An international fashion icon, Heart has made a name for herself in the fashion industry, regularly attending fashion events such as the Milan and Paris Fashion Weeks.
